Idi Ishaya has over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, holding senior technical positions at multinational companies including Chevron and Shell. He has also worked as Senior Hydraulic Fracturing Consultant in a global consulting company (RPS Energy) before his current role as the technical Director at Ishaya & Associates.

Currently, he provides expertise in fracture stimulation for unconventional reservoirs across North America and Australia.

Certification

Idi is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) licensed by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists for Alberta (APEGA).

Sonia Plazas-

Senior Engineer

Career

Sonia Plazas has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in various technical roles on Well Construction.

She is acknowledged as a WellCat Expert for Frac String transient-thermal triaxial stress analysis and complex HTHP well design, and has worked in consulting companies like RPS Energy and The Barlon Engineering Group before her current role as a senior Engineer at Ishaya & Associates.

Certification
